I Love You Almost As Much As I Love This Song Zine Launch

Inner Western Sydney photographer Pat Bowden launches his new live music photography zine this weekend.

I Love You Almost As Much As I Love This Song, the newest photography zine from Inner West based photographer Pat Bowden, showcases live music in the Inner West of Sydney as well as Parramatta, Wollongong and Katoomba; focusing on small venues, DIY shows and most of all, the community that makes these places work.

Spread across 40 pages of colour and black and white photos, selected from years worth of documenting the local scene, I Love You Almost As Much As I Love This Song serves as a reminder to cherish the artists, venues and spaces that make it possible for us to come together and celebrate each other's creativity and create community.

To help commemorate the launch, Western Sydney country-punks Amends, local up-and-comers Spike Derby, and acoustic punks Eeyore will be bringing the heat to the Petersham Bowling Club; one of the venues covered in the zine, and a treasured local spot for arts, music and events.

Tickets will be $10 on the door, with all proceeds from door sales donated to the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund.
